How it Works:

• You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to decide if the RSDP 1 is right for you.
• If you're not satisfied, simply return the device for a refund.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

This guarantee applies to first-time orders only and is limited to one device per customer.

To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee:

• The device must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, inserts, and protective materials.
• The product must be unused or in lightly used, fully functional condition.
• The device must be free from any physical damage, wear and tear, or signs of misuse.
  
• The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• We recommend using a tracked or insured shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be subject to a partial refund or rejection.
